Day 2
The first day after I landed I went into the city. For at least eight hours I wandered around aimlessly. Spent some time with my Uncle which was nice but for the most part I just walked the city streets, deep in thought. Made my way to various shops and tried to preoccupy myself with over priced nik-naks. Saw the San Fransisco Ballet perform a piece from the Nutcracker. Watching that brought back some cherished memories of a beautiful woman I know who dances with such grace and poise. Made my way over to a coffee shop where I stared out into the gray, rain filled streets of SF while some guy, talking then yelling to himself, made his way dangerously close to my Early Grey tea.
